For stage 5 they decided to switching things up and add in a 80 mile Road Race, wait, no, thats what we have been doing all week, awesome.

Todays course is the easiest of the stage race, it was flat---here that means there were no climbs longer than a mile, but it actually wasnt too bad today for some reason, there is some fatigue settin in peleton for sure....I saw people holding on to thier teamates jerseys to save energy, oh wait, that was me trying to grab onto Horner.

Today went thru the farm country of the Tuna region. Before the race all the riders were warned about 10 million times not to throw thier bottles into the fields, something about them getting ground up by farm equiptment then getting fed to cows causing death or something, i dont know i wasnt really listening.

We went thru a lot of corn fields, most of them had to be 8 feet tall, it was like when the riders in the Giro or the Tour de Swiss go thru the mountain passes with all the snow on the sides built up like walls, but totally different cause it was corn, and it was flat, and hot, and sucked.

Today was pretty mind numbing but things heated up in the last 20 miles when Webcore kicked up the pace to protect Horners lead, with about 5 miles to go some really great riders (not really) crashed on a decent and split the field, it was only about 15 seconds but all the Aerospace-Mathis guys were caught behind (that means me) booooooo!

After the race I rode about 100 meters for my cooldown then went straight to the food tent for the riders, by the time i got there Dave Wenger was already halfway through the largest Stickey bun i have ever seen, i think he inhaled it

Tomorrows race is the last stage and by far the hardest (3 HUGE climbs) were taking bets on how many Webcore guys make it over the main climb after all thier work today, im thinking 1 = Chris Horner

The Klein i was givin for the day took some abuse, there is a dirt road tomorrow, im pretty sure i can crack it

vote for John Kerry, apparently he has a road bike = way better than Bush, that and he didnt invade a country in the Middle East for no reason (just kidding, i think Bush is great) ok no really kidding at all.

If you see Swain and Rish give them hell about not comming out here for the Cat 2 race, key words I would use are : sissy, sally , or skirt, but use whatever you want

wish me luck tomorrow, I need to have the best day of my life in order to get into the top 25, that was the goal comming in and im close, but its going to take an act of God, but apparently I have already had a few acts of God to make is this far.
